Health Optimization SpecialistWe are seeking a highly skilled Health Optimization Specialist to lead clinical operations at our center. The ideal candidate will interpret diagnostics, oversee treatment protocols, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver measurable, safe, and effective health optimization strategies.Job DescriptionOur Health Optimization Specialist will be responsible for conducting patient consultations, designing and approving personalized wellness and IV therapy plans, interpreting results from blood tests, gut microbiome, epigenetic panels, and wearables, supervising clinical activities, guiding nursing staff, and maintaining compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct patient consultations and provide medical guidanceDesign and approve personalized wellness and IV therapy plansInterpret results from various diagnostic tools and develop treatment plansSupervise clinical activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsCollaborate with the internal technology team to ensure that all digital tools, algorithms, and health insights are clinically accurate and medically safeRequired Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have an MBBS or MD/DNB in Community Medicine or Family Medicine, 3-4 years of clinical experience, preferably in preventive, wellness, or diagnostic-based practice.
