Senior Compensation ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Compensation Consultant to join our team. This individual will lead full-cycle implementations of incentive compensation solutions, collaborating directly with client stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales operations, incentive plans, and quota design, as well as hands-on experience with Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics.
