Business Intelligence Expert

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to support business strategy and data-driven decision-making.The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, excellent business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Conduct financial analysis to identify key drivers of performance deviations.Perform margin analysis, including evaluating discounts, cost increases, and other factors impacting profitability.Support cash flow forecasting through analysis of revenue trends, expenses, and working capital.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate financial assumptions and ensure reporting accuracy.Additionally, you will be responsible for:Analyzing product take rates and tracking changes over time to identify customer and market trends.Evaluating sample kit repeat purchase rates and second-order subscription rates to support retention and growth strategies.Conducting NPS (Net Promoter Score) analysis at the SKU level to assess customer satisfaction at a product level.Preparing graphs, charts, dashboards, and visual presentations for executive meetings.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Analytics is a strong advantage.2–5 years of experience from Strategy Consulting.Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.Ability to work with large datasets and perform deep-dive analysis.What We Offer:A dynamic, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment.Competitive compensation and strong career development opportunities.The opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on high-impact strategic initiatives.About Atidiv: We help businesses scale smarter with our tech-enabled outsourcing solutions.
