We’re Hiring: Senior BIM Project Designer (Office | Pune) Urban Lion is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior BIM Project Designer to join our team and lead architectural BIM design and construction documentation for our U.S.-based projects. If you enjoy turning concepts into detailed, buildable designs and collaborating closely with a passionate team, this role is for you Location: Pune (Office-based) Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day Experience: 2+ years Employment: Full-time What You’ll Do Produce detailed architectural construction documents in Revit Coordinate drawings with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA, and zoning standards Review models for constructability and resolve clashes Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field 2+ years of experience on U.S.-based BIM projects Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and AI Knowledge of U.S. codes, ADA standards, and zoning regulations Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Someone eager to contribute, share ideas, and grow with a dynamic team Why Join Urban Lion Hands-on experience on real U.S. construction projects Mentorship and professional growth opportunities Collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused environment Opportunity to make a tangible impact on global projects Interested?
