We’re Hiring: Senior BIM Project Designer (Office | Pune) Urban Lion is growing, and we’re looking for a Senior BIM Project Designer to join our team and lead architectural BIM design and construction documentation for our U.S.-based projects. If you enjoy turning concepts into detailed, buildable designs and collaborating closely with a passionate team, this role is for you Location: Pune (Office-based) Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 8 hours/day Experience: 2+ years Employment: Full-time What You’ll Do - Produce detailed architectural construction documents in Revit - Coordinate drawings with Architecture, Structure, and MEP teams - Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes, ADA, and zoning standards - Review models for constructability and resolve clashes - Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field - 2+ years of experience on U.S.-based BIM projects - Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and AI - Knowledge of U.S. codes, ADA standards, and zoning regulations - Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills - Someone eager to contribute, share ideas, and grow with a dynamic team Why Join Urban Lion - Hands-on experience on real U.S. construction projects - Mentorship and professional growth opportunities - Collaborative, supportive, and growth-focused environment - Opportunity to make a tangible impact on global projects Interested?
