Experience: 7-8 years

Location: Bangalore


Responsibilities:


  • Audit Management: Oversee and manage all audit processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop audit teams, providing guidance and support to ensure effective audit execution.
  • Audit Planning: Develop comprehensive audit plans to ensure thorough and efficient audits.
  • Financial Review: Review financial records and prepare accurate financial statements, including schedules to Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheets (BS).
  • Investor Reporting: Handle all aspects of investor reporting, maintaining clear and accurate communication.
  • Standards Implementation: Implement Ind AS accounting standards and ELC, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze accounting records, prepare financial statements, advise on systems for recording financial data, and evaluate statements prepared by others.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the audit and reporting functions.


Requirements

  • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
  • Experience: 5-6 years of professional experience in auditing and financial reporting.
  • Audit Expertise: Proven experience in handling and managing all types of audits.
  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and develop comprehensive audit plans.
  • Technical Skills: Deep understanding of audit principles and procedures.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience in reviewing financial records, preparing financial
  • statements, and creating schedules for P&L and balance sheets.
  • Investor Reporting: Competence in handling investor reporting.
  • Accounting Standards: Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and ELC
  • implementation.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing accounting records, preparing financial statements, advising on systems for recording financial data, and evaluating statements prepared by others.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in audit and accounting software, as well as advanced MS Excel skills.
