PKMS/WMi Quality Assurance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced PKMS/WMi quality assurance specialist to support the delivery of high-quality warehouse management systems (WMS).Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive testing for PKMS/WMi enhancements and deployments, ensuring seamless integration with business operations.Analyze business requirements to develop test plans, cases, and scripts that meet the needs of our clients.Validate end-to-end warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, putaway, replenishment, and returns.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementations.Support production validation, cutover verification, and go-live readiness by providing expert QA services.Contribute to the development of test data preparation and environment setup, ensuring a stable and efficient testing process.Required Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess:3+ years of hands-on testing experience with PKMS/Manhattan WMi.Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution business processes.Experience with QA methodologies, tools, and defect tracking (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Zephyr).Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.Experience with EDI, integration testing, and interfaces with ERP/OMS systems.Excellent communication and documentation skills.
