Electrical Controls Lead Engineer Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Controls Lead Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to lead the design and development of electrical systems.The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge and skills in electrical engineering, as well as strong leadership abilities to manage a team of engineers.Main Responsibilities:Design and develop electrical systems that meet customer specifications.Create detailed electrical drawings and documentation.Develop system hardware designs, control panel designs, and select components such as switchgears, relays, arrays, and sensors.Perform calculations for electrical systems.Prepare bill of materials (BOM).Develop high-level flow charts based on software architecture.Develop operation sequences for systems.Test and validate system designs on the shop floor.Conceptualize and implement PLCs/robots, HMIs, drives, and servo systems.Participate in technical meetings with customers and understand their technical requirements.Requirements:Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on controls systems.Excellent technical knowledge and skills in electrical engineering.Strong leadership and communication skills.Able to work effectively in a team environment.Familiarity with customer standards and regulations.Benefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.About Us:We are a leading company in the logistics industry, revolutionizing distribution centers into modern, high-efficiency fulfillment hubs.
