Senior Legal ConsultantJob Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Senior Legal Consultant to support our client in the legal and regulatory space. This role will involve working closely with business analysts and legal experts to standardize activities across multiple siloed legal processes in different countries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze individual countries' primary source workflow, data, and filesDevelop consolidated and standardized processes and data based on individual countries' processes, highlighting instances where local countries cannot conform to standardsProduce deliverables for standardized processes (with the support of business analysts), including but not limited to:Process documentation (as-is documentation and to-be process design)Spreadsheets containing standardized data elements for various processesUnderstand status of standardization efforts across all active countries and report to program leadershipAttend regular Program Board meetings and serve as legal expert representativeParticipate in meetings between business analysts and clients to provide guidance and contextRequirements:Extensive experience as a legal expert in primary sources of law, particularly in the European regionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPresentation skills, including creating and delivering presentationsBilingualism preferred (EU languages/German/Dutch) with English requiredExperience in legal business process consulting essentialSelf-motivated and proactive communicator
