Responsibilities:
  •  Offer Letter Creation: Draft and prepare offer letters for new hires, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Interview Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and sending interview confirmations.

  •  Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, department heads, and HR teams, to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

  •  Tracker Updation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate tracking, interview schedules, and offer status

  •  Sourcing and Identifying Talent: Actively source and identify suitable candidates for open positions using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networking.

Qualifications and Skills:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Internship experience in a fast-paced HR environment, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
