About the RoleTaazaa Marketing is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (Client Servicing) who has worked in a marketing agency environment and independently managed 3–4 US-based clients. The ideal candidate has strong exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing in the US market and understands how to drive integrated marketing execution across channels.This role does not include direct people management. You will coordinate closely with internal teams—content, SEO, performance, design, social, video, and web—to achieve client goals and deliver consistent, high-quality work.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Ownership & Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for 3–4 US-based clients.Build strong, consultative relationships with key client stakeholders.Understand goals clearly and translate them into actionable marketing plans.Lead client discussions, reviews, and planning meetings with clarity and confidence.Strategy Development & Performance ManagementBuild quarterly and monthly digital marketing strategies aligned to business targets.Ensure cohesive execution across SEO, content, social, paid media, email, and website efforts.Review performance metrics routinely and recommend data-backed improvements.Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to clients and leadership.Internal Coordination & Project GovernanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources and drive project execution.Ensure deliverables are on track, meet quality benchmarks, and align with client expectations.Maintain structured workflows and communication for smooth delivery across departments.Use defined processes to ensure transparency, accountability, and operational discipline.Work Management & ToolsUse GitHub Projects or similar work management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Jira, Monday) to track tasks, maintain sprints, and manage timelines.Maintain documentation, briefs, trackers, and performance dashboards.Required Experience & SkillsMust-Have Experience8–10 years total experience; 4–5 years in client servicing or account management in a marketing agency.Majority exposure working with US clients and understanding US market behaviors.Proven experience independently managing 3–4 client accounts simultaneously.Strong understanding of key digital marketing channels including SEO, content, social, paid campaigns, email, and web management.Experience handling both B2B and B2C clients in diverse industries.Core SkillsStrong strategic thinking with the ability to align digital marketing with business goals.Excellent communication and presentation skills.High ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple deliverables at once.Analytical with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action plans.Effective cross-functional coordination without direct reporting lines.Preferred SkillsExperience with GitHub Projects or similar project management systems.Exposure to SaaS, tech, or digital-first US brands.Ability to manage complex marketing operations with structured, predictable processes.Success IndicatorsHigh client satisfaction and retention across assigned accounts.Consistent delivery of quarterly and monthly marketing plans.Smooth alignment across internal teams with well-established workflows.Clear, measurable marketing outcomes presented with confidence and clarity.Strong operational governance using tools and documented processes.
