Title: Digital Marketing HeadLocation: NoidaExperience: 10+ YearsWe are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to drive our full-funnel online growth strategy. This role involves developing a strong 360° digital roadmap, managing budgets for maximum ROAS, and leading teams across content, design, social media, and performance marketing. You will manage D2C campaigns across Google and Meta, optimize marketplace performance on Amazon/Flipkart, enhance product listings, and oversee AMS/PLA spends to improve visibility and sales. A strong grasp of CAC, CLTV, revenue metrics, and data-led decision-making is essential.You will own the brand voice, guide monthly content planning, ensure creative alignment across all channels, and build a structured influencer program that drives measurable results. Performance will be evaluated through revenue growth, ROAS, marketplace KPIs, social engagement, and team efficiency.Must-Have Skills:Proven track record in scaling digital revenue and managing large budgetsExpertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4Strong marketplace experience (Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads)Knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush/Ahrefs)Creativity with strong analytical and leadership abilitiesExperience in influencer and community marketingExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
