Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement: Plan, organize, and execute a variety of community events and programs tailored to residents' interests.Resident Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries and providing timely support.Technology Advocacy: Educate residents about the benefits of smart technologies and assist them in utilizing these features effectively.Community Building: Foster a sense of belonging and encourage active participation among residents.Data Analysis: Analyze community engagement data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform future initiatives.Brand-Led Engagements: Develop and implement brand-led initiatives, such as community campaigns, partnerships, and social media content, that promote the community's positive image and enhance resident satisfaction.Content Support: Provide insights and ideas to the content team to create engaging and relevant content for the community.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in community management, event planning, or customer service role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for community engagement and data analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of brand management principles and ability to create engaging content.
  • Ability to collaborate with the content team to develop community-related content for various platforms.
