We are on a mission to enhance efficiency and improve student experiences through cutting-edge technology.About the RoleWe’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales function. This role requires a proven track record in edtech SaaS sales, with expertise in generating and qualifying leads, building strong pipelines, running high-impact demos, and consistently closing deals.You will own the end-to-end inside sales cycle and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for India and emerging SEA markets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Pipeline BuildingDevelop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across the education sector.Manage outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and webinars.Sales ExecutionOwn the full sales cycle: discovery calls, product demos, proposal discussions, and negotiations.Convert qualified leads into paying customers with strong closing ability.CollaborationWork closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.Data & ReportingTrack sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast revenue.Optimize processes for faster cycles and higher conversion.Who You Are3–5 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.Strong background in edtech SaaS / B2B SaaS sales.Demonstrated success in lead generation, nurturing, and closing enterprise or institutional clients.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.Why Join UsCompetitive salary and equity optionsPerformance-based bonusOpen vacation policyCommuter benefitsDynamic, mission-driven team shaping the future of campus lifeBenefits:Competitive salary and equityPerformance bonusOpen vacation policyCommuter benefitsCollaborative and dynamic work environmentIf you're ready to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now at contact@spacebasic.com
