The primary responsibilities include contacting potential clients via phone to promote and sell mattress tapes, following up on leads, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks also include responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer databases, and meeting sales targets.QualificationsCustomer Service and Phone Etiquette skillsSales and Communication skillsAbility to work on-site in BengaluruExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in a telemarketing or customer service role or sales role is beneficialKnows more than one regional languageJob ResponsibilitiesHandle B2B Sales operationsProspect new clients using AI-powered search toolsConduct client requirement discovery calls and follow-upsEngage with clients via WhatsAppMeet clients physically if requiredFlexible to travel across South India at least once a monthCreate and maintain a Sales Reporting SystemNeeds to undergo 3 Months of training probationary periodCompensation₹3,00,000 per annum + percentage of sales value
