Key Responsibilities:


Conversion Optimization Strategy:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRO strategies to improve conversion rates on eCommerce sites.
  • Conduct user behavior analysis, heatmaps, and session recordings to understand customer journeys and identify drop-off points.


Testing & Experimentation:

  • Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization strategies to validate hypotheses and improve site performance.
  • Analyze test results, translate data into actionable insights, and iterate on strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.


User Experience Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to optimize UI/UX, ensuring seamless navigation and intuitive product discovery.
  • Identify and implement best practices for mobile and desktop eCommerce experiences.


Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Leverage Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other tools to track, analyze, and report on website performance metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and regular performance reports to communicate key findings and recommendations to internal teams and clients.


Qualifications:


  • 3+ years in CRO, UX, or related roles within eCommerce.
  • Expertise in A/B testing and user behavior analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and CRO tools like Hotjar, Optimizely.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
