**Position Overview**:
As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Expert, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing the effectiveness of our clients' websites by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing strategic optimizations, and driving measurable increases in conversion rates. You will be responsible for managing multiple websites, conducting regular audits to assess performance, and collaborating closely with our development team to implement recommended changes and enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of multiple websites to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and uncover conversion optimization opportunities.
- Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies to improve website usability, enhance user experience, and maximize conversion rates across various channels and touchpoints.
- Utilize a variety of tools and methodologies, including A/B testing, multivariate testing, heatmaps, and user session recordings, to analyze user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with the development team to prioritize and implement recommended changes, enhancements, and new features to improve website performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and engagement metrics, to track the impact of optimization efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and web optimization to continuously improve strategies and methodologies.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on CRO performance, optimization efforts, and recommendations for further improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, website optimization, or a related field, with a track record of driving measurable increases in conversion rates and online revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to inform optimization strategies.
- Proficiency in using CRO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Hotjar, Optimizely, or similar tools, to conduct analysis, track performance, and implement optimization experiments.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, or a related field.
- Certification in conversion rate optimization or related disciplines.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) as WordPress,
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
