Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Quality Assurance Tester to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our inspection management platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who wants to contribute to the development and growth of our product.Key Responsibilities:Test new features in Rails MVC web application and mobile apps, identifying and documenting defects in accordance with industry standards.Create and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure that all aspects of the application are thoroughly tested.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing efforts and provide input on product requirements and design.Develop and maintain automated test suites using Cucumber/Capybara and REST endpoints, ensuring efficient and effective testing processes.Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution, collaborating with engineers to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in Agile environments.Strong knowledge of testing principles, including black box, white box, and gray box testing.Experience with test automation frameworks such as Cucumber/Capybara, Selenium, and Appium.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.What We OfferIn addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, opportunities for professional growth and development, and recognition and rewards for outstanding performance.
