The ideal candidate will manage, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud hosting environments, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability for our clientsKey Responsibilities:Cloud Infrastructure Management:Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud hosting platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).Monitor and optimize resource utilization to ensure cost-efficiency.Web Hosting Support:Set up and manage web hosting services, including cPanel, Plesk, and custom solutions.Handle DNS configurations, SSL installations, and domain management.Performance and Security:Implement best practices for cloud security, including firewalls, access control, and encryption.Monitor and enhance server performance, uptime, and responsiveness.Technical Support:Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated hosting and infrastructure issues.Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer technical challenges.Automation and Scripting:Automate repetitive tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or shell scripts.Develop CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of cloud setups, configurations, and processes.Provide periodic reports on resource usage and system health.Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)Technical Skills:Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or equivalent.Experience with Linux server management.Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware, KVM, or Hyper-V.Strong understanding of networking (e.g., load balancers, firewalls, and VPNs).Knowledge of containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Location- NashikExperience- minimum 2 yrs
