Job Title: Expert Consulting ServicesWe seek an accomplished professional to fill the role of an Expert Consultant. As a key member of our advisory teams, you will play a pivotal part in delivering large-scale engagements within specific business functions.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting engagements, particularly in the outsourcing industry. Your expertise should encompass deal advisory, transformation initiatives, and IT strategy deals. You will be responsible for designing and executing target operating models that align with client objectives and drive operational efficiency.Required Skills and Qualifications5-10 years of recent experience in consulting engagements within the outsourcing industry.Strong understanding of global corporate large deals practice, including key win drivers, solution design, cost levers, and ability to work with Service Providers to ensure effective cost solutions and agreed-upon service level agreements.Experience and knowledge of transformation initiatives, focusing on shared services, operational improvement, and outsourcing/offshoring strategies.Ability to perform assessment projects evaluating clients' current IT environment and process maturity, with a strong understanding of IT spend analysis, cost breakdown, and identifying opportunities for overall cost optimization.Well-versed in new-age Digital technologies such as Gen AI, Cloud, and Digital solutions, IT outsourcing across one or more areas—Application Services, Infrastructure Services, BPO Services, Industry BPO Services, or ERP—and the ability to effectively integrate these into large deal solutions.Comprehensive knowledge and experience in financial management and financial modeling, including developing business cases for clients on global outsourced Services and Service Providers.Demonstrated experience in advising on IT strategy deals, designing and executing target operating models that align with client business objectives and drive operational efficiency.Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field is a must; MBA/MS or other advanced degree(s) is desirable.Travel: 10% - 20% required or as per project requirement.BenefitsWe value diversity and inclusion in our workplace and are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
