Customer Onboarding / ImplementationChennai | IIT | Full-timeDo you love helping customers succeed?Are you passionate about turning technology into meaningful outcomes for people and businesses?If you’re someone who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and making technology simple to use—this role at Netcore is the perfect place for you.What You’ll DoLead end-to-end customer onboarding, ensuring smooth setup and optimal product adoption.Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals and translate them into tailored solutions.Conduct deep discovery sessions to map product capabilities with business requirements.Document detailed client needs, drive approvals, and maintain timely communication throughout the onboarding journey.Deliver training sessions and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered.Manage and resolve customer issues proactively in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Establish and maintain consistent onboarding processes for reliable, repeatable results.Create knowledge resources: guides, FAQs, and documentation that add long-term value.Identify process improvements and contribute ideas that make the customer experience even better.Align with each customer’s KPIs and support them in achieving measurable outcomes.What You’ll Bring3–5 years of experience in client onboarding or implementation.Willingness to work in US/UK/EMEA shifts.Exposure to SaaS platforms; MarTech experience preferred.Good understanding of technology stacks, integrations, and REST APIs.Fast learner with curiosity for new technologies.Excellent communication skills—clear, confident, and empathetic.Strong collaboration skills to work with product, tech, and business teams.Project management abilities with a focus on execution and relationship building.A customer-first mindset, with a drive to deliver outstanding experiences.Life at Netcore Netcore is a global pioneer in MarTech and AI-driven customer engagement.
