Job Title: Global SAP Test Manager with SAP Solution Manager (SXP Test Suite)

Location: India (Remote work)

Job Type: Contract / Permanent

Job description:

Test Management:

Operational services:

Managing Test Management activities for any test phases required within a project/upgrade/update or fix release.

This includes:

  • Stakeholder communication and coordination
  • Providing guidance and direction on test activities to project management
  • Ensuring all test artefacts are managed within the chosen test tool for test preparation, execution and defect management
  • Ensuring traceability from business requirements to executed test scenarios
  • Management of testers (to enable them to create/deliver test cases in the designated tool)
  • Tracking of test progress for test preparation and execution
  • Use the designated Test Management tool for the creation of Test plan/packages and assignment of test cases
  • Defect Handling
  • Continuous Improvement

Test Management Support to other test managers

  • Test Plan/Package Creation
  • Test Case assignment (Business Partner groups for Testers and Resolvers)
  • SharePoint Updates (web pages, folders, documentation)
  • Reporting for test and defect status (Power BI)
  • Hand over defects to the incident management tool
  • Monitor request via test management portal
  • Monitor/Manage shared email inbox

Strategic Testing Concept (State of the Art in Testing Solutions):

  • SAP SolMan, SAP Cloud ALM, Test Automation, Rise with SAP, Change Impact analysis, Major Project strategy, SAP BTP, Reporting & Analytics, AI in Testing, Signavio integration.

Deliverables:

  • ·Test Strategy
  • ·Enablement package for each test phase
  • ·Regional Knowledge Transfer session
  • ·Test Plan
  • ·Test and test defect reporting
  • ·Test tool training for stakeholders (Test Designers/Testers and Resolvers)
