Job SummaryThe HoReCa Key Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés (HoReCa segment). The role involves expanding market presence, driving sales growth, ensuring product visibility, and delivering excellent customer service to key clients within the assigned territory.Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the HoReCa sector.- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers.- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the HoReCa channel.- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability, visibility, and proper execution of sales strategies.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and product listings with key clients.- Coordinate with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.- Plan and execute promotions, sampling, and other trade marketing activities.- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide actionable insights.- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and reports in CRM or designated systems.Desired Candidate Profile- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, Food & Beverages, or HoReCa segment.- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.- Good understanding of HoReCa channel functioning and buying process.- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.Education Qualification- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.Key Skills Required- HoReCa Sales- Key Account Management- Territory Management- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Channel Development- Negotiation & CommunicationSalary :-6 LPAJob Location :- Hyderabad ,Chennai ,Ahmedabad ,Banglore ,Surat ,Mumbai.Contact Details:-HR-Chitra AherChitra@oasihrconsultant.com
