Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our SAP transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring successful implementation across all phases.This is a strategic leadership role that requires integrating business goals with technical execution across SAP landscapes.The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SAP solution design and be able to provide expert guidance on SAP solution design across ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, and Cloud environments.Govern risks, issues, and change control to ensure delivery success.Lead end-to-end delivery using SAP Activate, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.Develop program charters, integrated plans, and WBS for complex, multi-stream initiativesManage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocationProvide expert guidance on SAP solution design across ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, and Cloud environmentsResponsibilities include:Act as design authority for RICEFW objects ensuring performance, quality, and clean-core complianceOversee data migration strategy from legacy systems to S/4HANADrive transition to Managed Services with defined SLAs/OLAs and support KPIsManage L2/L3 support operations aligned to ITIL processesLead global cross-functional teams and external partnersDrive change management, training, and user adoption activitiesEnsure strong program governance and transparent communication across stakeholdersRequired Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:12+ years in SAP programs, including 5+ years as Program/Project ManagerLed 3+ full-cycle SAP implementations, including at least one S/4HANA program3+ years overseeing SAP AMS or Managed Services engagementPMP and/or Agile certification preferred; ITIL Foundation strongly desirableSAP S/4HANA certification advantageousBenefitsThis role offers:A chance to work on high-profile SAP projectsOngoing professional development and training opportunitiesA dynamic and collaborative team environmentOthersPlease note:Strong understanding of ABAP/Basis concepts, Fiori, and integration technologies (CPI, PI/PO) is highly desirable
