Job Opportunity: Regional Project ManagerLivspace, a leading home interiors and renovation platform, seeks an experienced Regional Project Manager to oversee residential interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in implementing effective project frameworks and managing teams.Coordinate the design and site delivery team to ensure timely completion of projects.Monitor and control project deliverables, including risk allowance and changes/variations.Establish and maintain open communication with all project stakeholders to foster teamwork and collaboration.Develop and implement formal reporting arrangements to provide clients and stakeholders with regular updates on project progress.Ensure that assigned projects are completed within schedules while meeting client needs, business objectives, and quality standards.Provide guidance and support to vendors and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.Act as the primary point of contact between the client and Livspace to ensure timely project delivery and satisfaction.Key Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building construction industry.Proven track record of successfully implementing process-driven project management methodologies.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out projects, including residential, retail, and office projects.Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.Tech-savvy professional with experience in adopting digital and technology initiatives to improve project efficiency.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.Relevant education in Architecture or Interior Design, and a post-graduate degree in Project Management/Construction Management from a reputable institution.
