As a Data Privacy Specialist, you will play a pivotal advisory role for global clients across privacy governance compliance, data governance strategy, and AI accountability frameworks.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement tailored privacy programs for diverse industries.Conduct assessments, gap analyses, and data mapping exercises.Support compliance with global regulations including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PECR, and UK GDPR.Draft, review, and refine privacy notices, internal policies, and governance documentation.Lead the implementation and improvement of privacy frameworks and controls.Participate in incident response, breach assessment, and notification support activities.Assist with Data Subject Rights handling, documentation, and workflows.Contribute to GRC control framework implementations, including ISO 27001/27701 and NIST CIS.Collaborate with engineering and product teams on privacy-by-design and responsible AI development guidelines.Provide advisory support to clients in Outsourced DPO engagements and GDPR Article 27 representation.Deliver training sessions and workshops on emerging risks and privacy governance.Requirements:Strong knowledge of data protection laws and regulations.Experience in designing and implementing privacy programs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate complex information effectively.Benefits:Opportunity to work with global clients.Challenging and varied work environment.Professional development opportunities.
