Data Protection Officer RoleOur organisation is seeking an experienced professional to lead our compliance with data privacy regulations.Key Responsibilities:Ensure full compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and internal policies.Conduct risk assessments, audits, and maintain records of processing activities.Review data flows across systems including CRM, e-commerce, and healthcare platforms.Oversee consent management, data subject rights, and incident response from a privacy standpoint.Collaborate with Tech, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams for data protection.Manage vendor compliance and agreements.Lead training initiatives for employees and partners.Requirements:7–15 years in data privacy, compliance, IT governance, or related domains.Strong understanding of data-governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Experience with digital/healthcare/e-commerce platforms preferred.Certifications beneficial.Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
