Job TitleLead Visualizer: Game Art Team ManagerAs a highly experienced Lead Visualizer, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual direction of our game titles, ensuring that all art content meets the highest standards of quality and consistency. You will lead and manage a team of artists to create high-quality art assets for our games.Visual Leadership: Define and own the visual vision, style guides, and identity for our games.Concept Development: Create concept art, mood boards, key frames, style frames, and reference guides to communicate your creative direction.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of artists (2D, VFX, UI/UX) — hiring, performance reviews, training, and feedback.Art Production: Oversee all art production pipelines, scheduling, and task distribution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality art assets.Collaboration and Review: Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and product managers to align art with mechanics, UX, monetization, and performance goals. Review and approve art assets to maintain quality, consistency, and technical feasibility.Optimization and Innovation: Optimize art assets for mobile performance and push visual innovation by exploring new techniques, shaders, workflows, effects, and rendering styles.RequirementsEducation and Experience: Diploma/Degree in 2D, video game development or equivalent training/experience. 10+ years experience of creating game art with minimum of 5 years at senior level or above.Portfolio and Skills: Strong portfolio showing a variety of game art styles, polished final assets, and concept-to-delivery work. Expert knowledge of Photoshop and other relevant software.
