About the RoleWe are seeking an Agile delivery leader with strong Business Analysis expertise in Healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive requirement clarity, and partner closely with stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.This role is accountable for sprint execution, stakeholder alignment, and domain-driven outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release readiness.Coach Agile teams on delivery standards, velocity improvement, and continuous value delivery.Own sprint artifacts: backlog creation, prioritization, capacity planning, burndown tracking, and delivery governance metrics.Perform detailed Business Analysis: gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain functional documentation.Collaborate with Product Owners, QA, Developers, Data teams, and Operations to ensure timely delivery.Run UAT cycles — test coordination, clarifications, triage, closure, and stakeholder sign-off.Apply healthcare knowledge to workflows such as payer systems, Medicaid, eligibility, claims processing, provider onboarding, compliance, or similar.RequirementsProven experience in Agile delivery and Business Analysis.Strong understanding of Healthcare technology and payer systems.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Scrum ceremonies and Agile methodologies.BenefitsThe successful candidate will have opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic team.
