Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned DFT expert to spearhead the development and implementation of advanced DFT architectures for complex SoC/ASIC designs.About the Role:Develop and drive comprehensive DFT strategies, ensuring seamless integration with RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering teams.Leverage expertise in scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation, fault grading, MBIST, Logic BIST, boundary scan, IJTAG, and end-to-end DFT flow management.Mentor junior engineers, conduct design reviews, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.Drive automation script development and infrastructure maintenance, optimizing DFT processes and efficiency.Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality DFT solutions, meeting customer requirements and expectations.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement effective DFT signoff, timing closure, and ATE pattern delivery strategies.Support silicon bring-up, test vector validation, and yield optimization efforts.Key ResponsibilitiesDFT Strategy and Implementation:Define and drive DFT architecture for multiple ASIC/SoC projects, ensuring optimal design-for-testability.Lead implementation and verification of DFT features like scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation, and fault grading.Manage end-to-end DFT flow, from RTL to gate-level netlist and silicon bring-up, ensuring seamless integration with other teams.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain effective DFT automation scripts and infrastructure.Test Engineering and Collaboration:Work closely with test engineering teams to develop and validate test vectors, ensuring high-quality test coverage.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT solutions, meeting customer requirements and expectations.Leadership and Mentorship:Mentor and guide junior DFT engineers, providing guidance on best practices and industry standards.Conduct design reviews and training sessions, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.RequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Proven experience in DFT architecture development and implementation.Expertise in scan insertion and compression, ATPG pattern generation, fault grading, MBIST, Logic BIST, boundary scan, IJTAG, and end-to-end DFT flow management.Strong understanding of RTL, STA, PD, and test engineering principles.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide creative solutions.
