Job TitleThe role of Third Party Risk Manager is to support the strategic development and implementation of a Group-wide risk management framework.This includes directing and leading the design and deployment of a firm-wide framework for managing third-party relationships.Ongoing risk assessment and mitigation will be managed with an integrated approach.Risks associated with third-party relationships will be identified, assessed, monitored, and controlled.ResponsibilitiesA governance model will be enhanced to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight of risks posed by third-parties.The third-party risk assessment framework will be updated to respond to new and existing regulatory guidelines and initiatives.Reports will be developed for use by business areas and senior management regarding third-party risks.Key items of concern will be identified and escalated regarding new and existing third-parties, including concentration risk and fourth-party risk exposures.Partnerships will be formed with sourcing partners, Operational Risk Team, Information Security and Technology Risk Team, Compliance, Legal, business areas, and other assurance functions in the second and third line of defense to identify third-party risks and escalate them appropriately.
