Role: Corporate Sales Specialist - Channel Sales

Location: Delhi/NCR

Reporting To: Business Development Head/ Regional Head


We are in search of a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Specialist (Channel Sales). The ideal candidate will spearhead the expansion and oversight of our array of strategic partnerships with Insurance, Broker and TPAs. This position demands a solid mix of business development, relationship cultivation, and strategic foresight. This role will hold a pivotal position in pinpointing, securing, and fostering partnerships that resonate with our business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the identification and cultivation of strategic partnerships with insurance companies, brokers, and TPAs to expand our indirect sales channels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to maximize revenue generation through indirect sales partnerships
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in insurance, brokerage, and TPA sectors to ensure alignment of partnership objectives with our business goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of indirect sales initiatives, leveraging resources effectively
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for partnership expansion and revenue growth in the indirect sales space
  • To be on top of competition offerings and navigate a conversation with a client when asked, by not comparing features rather highlighting our USPs which best suit the client
  • Keeping track of competitor activities and products and developing a sales strategy to ensure market edge


The Successful Applicant:

  • Significant and relevant B2B experience in Indirect/ Channel sales working with Insurance, Brokerage, and TPA sectors or core B2B Direct/Corporate sales experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of indirect/direct sales processes and strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
  • Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a corporate environment
  • Willingness to roll up the sleeves and demonstrate a "get the job done at all cost" attitude
