**Memory Layout Expert Wanted**Design high-performance, low-power memory layouts for AI, mobile, and computing chips.Key Responsibilities:Deliver custom layout designs for SRAM, ROM, CAM, and sense amplifiers.Collaborate with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts.Floorplan, place, route, and match transistors to meet electrical and physical design constraints.Verify layouts using industry-standard tools and ensure compliance with design rules.Implement design automation scripts in SKILL, Python, or Tcl where applicable.Work with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones.Required Skills:B.E/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.3 years of experience in custom layout design, preferably in memory design.Strong understanding of CMOS layout techniques, matching, shielding, and electromigration.Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso, Calibre DRC/LVS, StarRC, ICC, and QRC.Experience with advanced FinFET and planar nodes (28nm and below).Deep understanding of design rules, LVS, and physical verification sign-off flows.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance bonuses.Long-term growth opportunities.Join Our Team:Are you passionate about memory layout design?
