Senior Azure Engineer

Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 6–10 YearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Azure IoT Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Azure cloud services, .NET development, Angular, and DevOps practices. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying scalable IoT and cloud-based solutions while working in an Agile environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Delivery- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Cloud & Data Engineering- Design and implement solutions using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Storage (Tables, Blobs, File Shares), Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.- Build secure, scalable, and high-performance cloud components for IoT and distributed systems.Software Development- Develop robust APIs and backend services using ASP.NET / .NET Core.- Work with Angular to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.- Use Postman and similar tools for API testing and validation.- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive unit and integration test coverage.- Contribute to architecture discussions and promote best practices for clean software design.Deployment & Operations- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments across environments.- Work with Ansible and automation tools to manage infrastructure and configuration.- Monitor applications and services using Application Insights and other observability tools.- Support distributed system architecture and ensure system reliability and performance.Required Skills- Strong experience with Azure cloud services (Functions, Storage, Cosmos DB, Service Bus).- Proficiency in .NET / ASP.NET development.- Hands-on experience in Angular front-end development.- Solid understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD, automation, and monitoring.- Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across teams.Nice to Have- Exposure to IoT platforms or device communication workflows.- Understanding of distributed architectures and microservices.
