Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize large-scale data pipelines and solutions on Azure.This role demands strong technical capability, leadership in best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, high-performing data architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement robust data pipelines using Azure services: Develop efficient, scalable, and secure data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and Synapse Analytics.Lead data engineering best practices: Implement code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and estimations to ensure high-quality data solutions.Manage large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes: Oversee the development of large-scale data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration processes to meet business needs.Ensure compliance with data quality, governance, and metadata standards: Implement and enforce data quality, governance, and metadata standards to maintain data integrity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.Mentor junior engineers: Mentor and guide junior engineers to drive knowledge sharing and capability uplift across the team.Our Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer who can lead our team in designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and solutions on Azure.
