Job Title: AVP – Performance DeliveryLocation: Bangalore (Mon–Fri Onsite | Sat Half Day WFH)Experience: 5–9 years in Performance Marketing (Agency Background)About the Role:We’re hiring a hands-on AVP – Performance Delivery to lead end-to-end execution of digital ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. This role demands ownership, operational excellence, and leadership in managing delivery performance, client satisfaction, and team productivity.Key Responsibilities:Lead performance delivery for all ad clients with timely and high-quality execution.Drive key business metrics – revenue, margins, and delivery efficiency.Supervise and mentor a team of 25+ performance marketers.Optimize campaign performance, audit accounts, and standardize best practices.Track performance via dashboards, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams for smooth execution.Establish and enforce scalable SOPs and review frameworks.Required Skills & Experience:Proven agency-side experience in performance marketing.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign types: Search, Display, PMax, Video, Retargeting, Lead Gen.Strong grasp of execution frameworks – ad setup, bid strategies, audience refinement.Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel for data-driven decision-making.Skilled in process creation, SOP design, and performance tracking.Demonstrated team leadership and performance management experience.Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale performance delivery.Strategic mindset with a passion for operations and execution excellence.
