This innovative project requires seamless integration of telephony, speech recognition, language model orchestration, and backend API connectivity to deliver authentic human-like interactions.Design and implement voice-first AI systems that bridge phone calls with real-time STT, LLM, and TTS workflows.Integrate leading telephony platforms (Twilio, Vonage, SIP, Asterisk, FreeSWITCH) into real-time voice frameworks.Implement state-of-the-art STT/TTS solutions using Whisper, Amazon Transcribe, Google Speech, or Azure Cognitive Services.Expertly manage LLMs using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent frameworks to handle prompts, tools, and function calls.Develop robust APIs to record conversation outcomes in internal systems and trigger subsequent actions.Ensure low-latency, scalable architecture for real-time voice communications.Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to align on objectives and deliverables.Monitor and optimize performance across voice latency, transcription accuracy, and LLM response quality.
