The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting keyword research, managing budgets, monitoring ad performance, generating reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align advertising strategies with business goals.QualificationsExperience in managing and optimizing paid advertisement campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok, and Amazon AdsProficiency in keyword research, budget management, and performance analysisStrong analytical skills for generating reports and tracking campaign performance metricsCollaborative skills to work with the marketing team and align advertising strategies with business objectivesAbility to stay updated with digital marketing trends and apply best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related fieldCertifications in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus
