Job Title: Corporate Governance SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team.About the RoleThe Corporate Governance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards. This includes advising the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters, organizing and facilitating Board meetings, and preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and Committee meetings.The successful candidate will also oversee the preparation and filing of all statutory documents with regulatory bodies, monitor and ensure compliance with listing requirements and corporate reporting obligations, and act as the primary point of contact for shareholders and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Governance:Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.Advise the Board of Directors and senior management on corporate governance matters.Organize and facilitate Board meetings, Annual General Meetings (AGMs), and other key stakeholder meetings.Prepare agendas, minutes, and resolutions for Board and Committee meetings.Regulatory Compliance:Oversee the preparation and filing of all statutory documents with regulatory bodies.Monitor and ensure compliance with listing requirements and corporate reporting obligations.Shareholder and Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for shareholders and other stakeholders.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.You should have experience in a similar role, preferably in an unlisted company, and be familiar with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to listed companies in India.A degree in Law or a related field, such as Business Administration or Corporate Governance, is highly desirable.What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for professional growth and development.As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the success of our organization.
