Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceIdentify and implement sensory & consumer insights methods to match project objectives.Work with cross-function teams and collaborate effectively to design appropriate research.Generate sensory and consumer data.Design quantitative consumer tests.Conduct qualitative consumer research (from creating moderator guides to moderating).Analyze quantitative consumer and sensory data using statistical models.Translate raw data into insights and actionable recommendations that support the development of flavors with guidance from manager.Present findings to internal stakeholders and customers (with guidance from Senior or Manager) to showcase consumer understanding in the flavors developed.Work with PX team to collaborate on research (confer with Researchers, Descriptive Panel leader, and Technicians).What Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Food Science, Pharmacist-Biochemist, Food Engineering, Sensory Science, Psychology, Neuroscience, Statistics or any other relevant discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in experience sensory and consumer research.Good knowledge in sensory and consumer methodologies and data analysis.Proficiency in quantitative research method.Ability to leverage your expertise and knowledge to support less experienced team members.Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.High learning agility and commitment to achieving outcomes, combined with creative problem-solving and strong teamwork capabilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience with research tools e.g., XLSTAT.How Would You Stand Out?Advanced skills in sensory & consumer methodologies and data analysis.Training in qualitative research methods, sensory tools and expertise in advanced statistical techniques.Self-training skills, curiosity and learning improvement desire.Why Choose Us?Multinational and supporting environmentHealth insuranceTraining opportunitiesLearning and development programsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
