Job OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity for an individual to take on a hybrid role combining administration and technical leadership.About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage and oversee various aspects of Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning, including configuration, data management, and technical support.Key Responsibilities:Adaptive Planning Responsibilities:Configure models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes in Adaptive Planning.Manage Data Agent integrations with ERP/EDW systems.Design and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions in Adaptive Planning.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls in Adaptive Planning.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies in Adaptive Planning.Develop and Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards in Adaptive Planning.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive Planning.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage in Adaptive Planning.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow in Adaptive Planning.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports in Adaptive Planning.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours in Adaptive Planning.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support in Adaptive Planning.FCCS Responsibilities:Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances in FCCS.Configure Data Management workflows and mappings in FCCS.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting in FCCS.Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs in FCCS.Technical Competencies:Adaptive Data Agent configuration and secure data pipelines.Advanced Data Management setup and troubleshooting.Performance tuning for FCCS and Adaptive models.
