Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Presales Executive to support our sales team in developing compelling presentations, managing RFPs and RFIs, and creating impactful sales collaterals. The role requires effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to craft tailored solutions and clearly communicate our value proposition.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and visually appealing presentations tailored to clients' needs.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create compelling RFP and RFI responses.
- Manage the end-to-end process of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Create and maintain a repository of sales collaterals, including case studies, brochures, and product sheets.
- Conduct market research to gather insights and trends for use in sales materials.
- Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals.
- Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and technical teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Good experience in presales and Bid Management.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for creating presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in managing RFPs and RFIs, including coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Deal process and strategies.
- Govt. RFP experience is a must.
