Fiscal Specialist

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Fiscal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer and vendor relationships, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate ledgers.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and issue timely customer invoices using Tally/Zoho Books.Track incoming payments and follow up on outstanding dues in a professional manner.Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate ledgers for efficient financial management.Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments to support smooth business operations.Verify bills, purchase orders, and supporting documents to prevent discrepancies.Maintain vendor accounts and update AP records regularly for transparency and compliance.Prepare and maintain documentation required for internal and external audits to ensure regulatory adherence.Assist in responding to auditor queries in a clear and concise manner.Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies for financial integrity.Support in preparation and filing of GST returns to minimize tax liabilities.Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing to optimize cash flow.Maintain updated records of statutory compliances to avoid penalties.Record daily financial transactions in Zoho Books for real-time monitoring.Prepare financial reports as required to inform business decisions.Support month-end and year-end closure activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
