As we expand our commerce strategy offerings , weāre looking for a Quick Commerce SME to join us at the manager level , with the expertise to guide our clients in navigating this fast-moving, competitive space.
š Role Overview
As our Quick Commerce Subject Matter Expert , you'll be the strategic and operational driver behind how brands show up on Q-commerce platforms. Youāll lead end-to-end planning, platform strategy, creative integration, and performance optimization for some of Indiaās most recognizable brands. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with room to shape how quick commerce plays out across industries.
šÆ What Youāll Be Responsible For
- š§ Act as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, etc.)
- š Advise clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans
- šļø Work closely with content, design, and media teams to craft optimized listings, promo creatives, and campaign plans
- š Analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and drive ROI
- š Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence across client portfolios
- š¤ Liaise with platform partners and stay ahead of updates, tools, and trends
- š§¾ Support new business pitches and Q-commerce-focused growth opportunities
ā What Weāre Looking For
- 10ā12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand/retail strategy, or shopper marketing
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplaces
- Strong understanding of how FMCG/CPG brands operate in the rapid-delivery space
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into strategic insights
- Strong collaboration skills ā able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams
- Excellent communication and client advisory skills
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments
