As we expand our commerce strategy offerings , weāre looking for a Quick Commerce SME to join us at the manager level , with the expertise to guide our clients in navigating this fast-moving, competitive space. š Role Overview As our Quick Commerce Subject Matter Expert , you'll be the strategic and operational driver behind how brands show up on Q-commerce platforms. Youāll lead end-to-end planning, platform strategy, creative integration, and performance optimization for some of Indiaās most recognizable brands. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with room to shape how quick commerce plays out across industries. šÆ What Youāll Be Responsible For š§ Act as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, etc.)š Advise clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans šļø Work closely with content, design, and media teams to craft optimized listings, promo creatives, and campaign plans š Analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and drive ROI š Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence across client portfolios š¤ Liaise with platform partners and stay ahead of updates, tools, and trends š§¾ Support new business pitches and Q-commerce-focused growth opportunities ā What Weāre Looking For 10ā12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand/retail strategy, or shopper marketing Minimum 3 years of hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplaces Strong understanding of how FMCG/CPG brands operate in the rapid-delivery space Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into strategic insights Strong collaboration skills ā able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teams Excellent communication and client advisory skills Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environments š Why Work With Us?š Play a key role in building future-ready brand strategies š¤ Collaborate with top-tier clients and diverse internal teams š Be part of a growing, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture š Own a leadership-track role with real influence and visibility š© Interested?
