As we scale our AI initiatives, we are looking for a hands-on AI Automation Expert who will help shape and execute our automation strategy, starting with Microsoft Co-Pilot and expanding into broader AI-driven capabilities.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Expert who will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.) using Microsoft Co-Pilot. This person will play a key role in streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

This role will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be instrumental in building and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Co-Pilot tailored to departmental needs (Sales, HR, Marketing, Operations, etc.).
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
  • Stay current on the latest AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI integrations, LLMs (large language models), or related platforms is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with additional AI/ML tools or platforms (ChatGPT, Power Automate, Azure AI, etc.).
  • Prior experience driving enterprise-wide automation or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Background in process mapping or change management is a plus.
