Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and optimize prompts for a wide range of LLM applications including summarization, classification, translation, Q&A, and agent workflows.

- Design, build, and maintain prompt libraries, reusable templates, and structured workflows to enable scalable GenAI deployments.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques such as zero-shot, few-shot, and chain-of-thought prompting to influence and improve model behavior.

- Evaluate prompt effectiveness using both manual reviews and automated metrics, implementing A/B testing frameworks for continuous improvement.

- Debug and refine prompts to enhance model accuracy, safety, and alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify and mitigate prompt injection risks by implementing robust security strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers in an agile/scrum environment.

- Stay up-to-date with advancements in prompt tuning, parameter-efficient fine-tuning (PEFT), and prompt chaining techniques.

- Support continuous deployment processes and leverage DevOps tools to streamline AI workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C/C++.

- Hands-on experience working with generative AI tools, models, and frameworks such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jupyter.

- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models or similar architectures like Ragna or Pinecone.

- Familiarity with cloud AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon SageMaker, or Amazon Comprehend.

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques and their impact on large language model behavior.

- Experience designing, iterating, and optimizing prompts for diverse LLM use cases.

- Knowledge of prompt evaluation strategies, including manual review, automatic metrics, and A/B testing.

- Ability to create and manage prompt libraries, reusable templates, and structured workflows for scalability.

- Awareness of prompt injection vulnerabilities and experience in implementing mitigation strategies.

- Familiarity with prompt tuning, PEFT, and prompt chaining methods.

- Experience with continuous deployment and DevOps tools; proficiency with Git preferred.

- Proven ability to work effectively in agile/scrum teams and communicate across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in building and deploying enterprise-level GenAI applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
