Experience: 6years+About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration, customization, scripting, and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules ( ITOM, CMDB, ITAM , CSM)Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, etc.Work on Service Portal development and customization.Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.Participate in requirement-gathering sessions and convert business needs into technical requirements.Perform system upgrades, patching, and ensure platform stability and performance.Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and implementation plans.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ServiceNow-related issues.Required Skills & Experience3–8 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow development best practices.Experience with modules like ITOM,ITAM, CMDB, Incident/Problem/Change, Catalog, Discovery, or others depending on your environment.Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and automation workflows.Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Good understanding of ServiceNow data model and tables.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS modules) preferred.
