Job Title: COTS Integration SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced COTS integration specialist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on the forefront of commercial off-the-shelf application integration.About the Role:Integrate and support COTS applications for web, mobile, and desktop usage.Evaluate accessibility compliance for all integrated applications according to WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level A & AA, WAI-ARIA, Apple AA+ guidelines.Perform thorough accessibility audits and testing using assistive technologies such as VoiceOver (Mac/iOS), JAWS, NVDA, ChromeVox.Develop VPATs and document accessibility compliance for integrated solutions.Create front-end code with accessibility as a primary consideration, ensuring cross-browser and assistive-device compatibility.Work on native/hybrid mobile/desktop front-ends, prioritizing accessible UI/UX.Develop backend logic or integrations in Azure using Python, C#, or other relevant languages.Collaborate with databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle Database; optimize performance and integrate with COTS solutions.Participate in configuration and support of Oracle Hyperion EPM / Oracle EPM systems and related data flows for financial/analytics applications.Assume technical lead/senior analyst roles: guiding junior developers, reviewing code, overseeing application deployment, and monitoring.Ensure seamless integration with SharePoint, ASP.NET, and other frameworks as required.Maintain strict adherence to security, compliance, and best practices for enterprise applications.Foster close collaboration with business stakeholders, accessibility specialists, UX teams, QA, and DevOps to deliver inclusive and robust solutions.Requirements:Experience with COTS application integration.Proven track record in accessibility evaluation and auditing.Strong understanding of accessibility standards: WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level A & AA, WAI-ARIA, Apple AA+ guidelines.Familiarity with assistive technologies: VoiceOver (Mac/iOS), JAWS, NVDA, ChromeVox.Proficiency in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant programming languages.Ability to develop backend logic or integrations in Azure.Experience working with databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle Database.Knowledge of Oracle Hyperion EPM / Oracle EPM systems and related data flows.Strong leadership skills, including experience guiding junior developers.Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive work environment that values diversity and innovation.Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.The chance to contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.A competitive compensation package, including benefits and perks.About Us:We are a leading provider of innovative technology solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services that exceed our clients' expectations.
