Job Title: COTS DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled COTS Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for customizing, configuring, integrating and supporting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications.This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.About the Role:Customize, configure, integrate and support COTS applications for web, mobile and desktop usage.Evaluate accessibility standards: WCAG 2.0 / 2.1 Level A & AA, WAI-ARIA, Apple AA+ guidelines.Perform accessibility audits and testing using assistive technologies such as VoiceOver (Mac/iOS), JAWS, NVDA, ChromeVox.Create and maintain Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates (VPATs) and documentation of accessibility compliance.Write front-end code (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) with accessibility as a first-class requirement; ensure cross-browser and assistive-device compatibility.Work on mobile/desktop front-ends (native/hybrid) as needed, ensuring accessible UI/UX.Develop backend logic or integrations in Azure environment using Python, C#, or other relevant languages.Work with databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle Database; write SQL, optimize performance, and integrate with COTS solutions.For financial/analytics applications: participate in configuration and support of Oracle Hyperion EPM / Oracle EPM systems and related data flows.Act as technical lead / senior analyst: guiding junior developers, reviewing code, overseeing application deployment, monitoring and support.Integrate COTS solutions with SharePoint, ASP.NET, frameworks as required.Ensure adherence to security, compliance and best practices for enterprise applications.Collaborate with business stakeholders, accessibility specialists, UX teams, QA and DevOps to deliver inclusive and robust solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.Minimum 3 years experience in COTS development, preferably with Azure environment.Expertise in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Python, C#, and database management systems.Familiarity with accessibility standards and assistive technologies.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.What We Offer:A competitive salary and benefits package, professional growth opportunities, and a dynamic work environment.This is a full-time position based in our headquarters.
