Enhance and mentor team core competencies in C/C++.Primary skills are Advanced C++/C. Excellent communication skills on customer facing side. One should able to mentor team from C++/C language perspective and helps them to enhance their core competency. Excellent debugging skills to resolve the complex issues. Expert in one of the debugging tool. Good understanding of build process. Knowledge on boot sector coding will be added advantage. Having knowledge on building third party libraries will be added advantage. Good knowledge on communication protocols. Having patent on his name will be very good factor to count on. Good knowledge on scripts (Perl | Python) will be added advantage. Excellent logical thinking and able to resolve the issues with never say die attitude. Very strong command on one of the operating system/kernel and able to utilize that experience in the work. Able to mentor or resolve complex issue around operating system.
